Recently I got hooked on Battle for Wesnoth which is a free turn-based strategy game. Given that the version in Ubuntu Jaunty’s respositories is rather outdated I found newer packages at IT-Wesnoth. Primarily set up for Debian the packages work just fine with Ubuntu Jaunty. Which they should since it’s based on Debian – but who knows beforehand? Those who want to try might add the repository from here for the stable version 1.6.5 or development version 1.7.5. Direct downloads of the packages are available here.
